Apitsampa barley (300 g)
The centuries-old experience in the preparation of barley tsampa – the traditional food of Tibetan monks – is enriched and strengthened with DNA by reducing nuclease. A similar recipe is used by Tibetan lamas for quick recovery.
Apitsampa combines the traditions of healthy cuisine in Tibet and the Himalayas with the life-giving power of the gifts of the hive. At the heart of the product is ground barley, enriched with bee shredding using special technology. Cereals in the product provide the body with proteins and carbohydrates, as well as B vitamins and mineral salts. Flower pollen (pollen) enriches the vitamin composition of Apitsampa, turning it into a daily dish for health and active life.
Pour 3 tablespoons of Apitsampa with hot but not boiling water, green tea or a herbal decoction (at your discretion) to the desired consistency. Let it brew for 3 minutes, add honey, oil, salt or seasonings to taste. Apitsampa can be used as an independent dish and as an additive to various culinary masterpieces: pancakes, salads, soups, jelly, sauces.
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 20 ° C and relative humidity not more than 75%.
